Buckteeth is a biannual online magazine of food writing composed, edited, and designed by undergraduate students at Oregon State University. From memoir essays to kitchen how-to’s, original recipes to food-focused fiction, we’re interested in bringing a variety of voices to the table. Each issue focuses on a single theme, which our writers connect to as literally or metaphorically as they choose.
